Please allow 2-3 business days for Express delivery. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 9am PT ship out same business day. Orders placed on Friday after 9am PT and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Weekend delivery is not available. P.O. Box and Freight Forwarding destinations can only ship Standard.

Overnight Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 9am PT to ship the same day. Orders placed after 9am Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 9am PT and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Weekend delivery is not available.   • Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
  • We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

  • "Plus All Over" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

RETURNS

We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out:

  • Initiate your return within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.
  • If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.
  • Damaged or missing items? Contact Customer Service for assistance.
  • Note that a $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns.
  • Online orders purchased with PayPal can only be returned via mail.

WHAT'S NOT RETURNABLE?

  • Items not purchased at PlusAllOver.com (e.g., a third-party reseller, an auction site, etc.).
  • Items without a Plus All Over packing slip.
  • Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).
  • Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:
    • Washed or worn items
    • Accessories: earrings and cosmetics
    • Intimates: panties and lingerie sets
    • Clothing: tights
    • Other similar intimate items
  • Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).
  • eGift Card Returns: Cancellation refunds can be requested on the purchase of an eGift card scheduled for a future delivery date.
